role has advancement opportunities into Service Tech management
and/or RTS/ATP training.Job Responsibilities- Deliver and install
home medical equipment to patients' residences or care facilities.-
Provide instruction and demonstration to patients, caregivers, and
family members on the safe use and maintenance of the delivered
equipment.- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and
service repairs to ensure equipment is functioning properly.- Pick
up and clean/disinfect medical equipment after use and prepare it
for future deliveries.- Complete and maintain accurate delivery and
service records, ensuring all documentation is up to date and
compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.-
Conduct in-home assessments to determine the appropriate equipment
and modifications necessary to meet patient needs.- Collaborate
with healthcare professionals to ensure equipment is meeting
patient requirements and to adjust care plans as needed.- Manage
inventory of medical equipment and supplies, including ordering,
receiving, and restocking items as necessary.- Adhere to health and
safety policies and procedures to ensure the well-being of patients
and the safe operation of equipment.- Maintain a clean and safe
work environment, including the service vehicle, by following
proper handling and transportation protocols.- Utilize company
software and technology tools to track equipment status, delivery
schedules, and service calls.- Attend training sessions and
participate in continuing education to stay**WE WILL TRAIN THE

SERVICE AND REPAIR INCLUDING VEHICLE LIFT & STAIRLIFT INSTALLATIONS
AS WELL AS SCOOTERS AND POWER WHEELCHAIRS. GAINING CERTIFICATIONS
AND A HIGHER WAGE WITH EVERY CATEGORY LEARNED AND MASTERED
****Requirements: Job Requirements- Ability to work independently
and manage time effectively- Valid driver's license with a clean
driving record- High school diploma or equivalent - Trade School
Education helpful- Ability to lift and transport heavy equipment
(up to 75 pounds)- Previous experience in delivery, installation,
and servicing of medical equipment preferred- Basic knowledge of
Tools, Electrical Multi Meters, and overall mechanical
troubleshooting experience- Excellent customer service and
communication skills- Ability to demonstrate and explain equipment
features and operation to patients and caregivers- Availability to
work some Saturdays - Scheduled in advance- Ability to navigate and
complete paperwork and electronic documentation accurately-
Understanding of health and safety regulations- Familiarity with
geographic area and ability to read maps/GPS for efficient routing-
Background check and drug screening at Employers discretion-
