Description:
We are looking for a Sales Administration Associate to fill an
immediate opening. In this role, the Sales Administration Associate
is responsible for assisting in the management and development of
existing financial institution relationships. The essential duties
and responsibilities of the Sales Administration Associate role
include:
- Assists in management of FI portfolio with emphasis on account
pricing, product alignment, funding, etc.
- Makes note of contact with portfolio/leads in appropriate
relationship management system in order to provide accurate,
regularly scheduled reporting to Sales and leadership team.
- Consistently identifies opportunities to expand relationship
with FI partners, e.g. collateralized account options, deposit
agreements/side letters, interest-bearing DDA, surety bonds,
etc.
- Conducts regularly scheduled check-in meetings with FI
partners.
- Acquires/sources liquid and term deposit rate information from
FIs.
- Participates in financial institution sales, due diligence, and
onboarding calls in conjunction with Sales team.
- Assists in preparation of Requests for Proposal (RFPs), with
emphasis on term deposit pricing and structure.
- Ensures compliance with ADM policies and procedures.
- Assists with development of policies and procedures to
standardize functions within the department and organization.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrates professional conduct and interacts in a positive
manner with co-workers, clients, and business partners.
- Participates in ongoing professional development and training
programs to further develop knowledge and skills. PM21.
Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or related
field.
- Five plus years' experience in a financial services
environment.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation helpful but
not required.
- Strong human relations skills to interface with staff at all
levels inside/outside of the organization.
- Proven ability to negotiate terms, rates, and products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and
relationship management skills required, as this role interacts
with staff at all levels.
- Ability to apply the following mathematical concepts to
practical situations: fractions, percentages, ratios, and
proportions.
- Ability to use various computer applications such as: MS Office
(e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). PI175361755
