Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Accounting - Contract.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts
payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
Prepare accurate financial statements and manage month-end and
quarter-end close processes
Collaborate with the COO on budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
projections while analyzing financial data for trends and
opportunities
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a financial management role, such as Financial
Controller or Head of Accounting
5+ years of accounting and financial management experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal
controls
Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive
financial information with integrity
