You will work across expense analysis and reporting, payroll and benefits, ADP integration, reconciliations, compliance and audit, and much more. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3 years of experience in payroll accounting, benefits expense analysis, and reconciliations. Proficient in ADP and experienced in ADP-D365 integration. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, complex formulas). Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or similar ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with multi-state payroll accounting preferred. Previous experience in optimizing financial systems and processes preferred.
