Job Description:

Kelly in partnership with our customer in Elm Grove is seeking qualified candidates for an Account Coordinator role with a small insurance agency. This is a temporary to hire role. Job Responsibilities:

  • Input customer data and information into computer applications
  • Create proposals of insurance by entering information from carrier provided quotations into templates
  • Assist customer with questions
  • Report insurance claims to companies
  • Prepare certificates of insurance
  • Invoice customer premiums
  • Reconciliation of direct bill statements
  • Order office supplies and maintain proper filing system
  • Additional duties as assigned Job Requirements:
    • 4-5 years of recent administrative work experience
    • Minimum of An Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field, Bachelor's Degree preferred)
    • Willingness and interest in learning the insurance industry including the ability to become licensed in Wisconsin Property/Casualty (licensing class and fees will be paid by customer organization)
    • Experience with MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
    • Accurate data entry abilities
    • Great verbal and written communication skills, friendly and professional demeanor.
