you are a detail- oriented individual with experience producing
excellent quality work, this may be the role for you. The focus of
this role is office related activities, including being responsible
for data entry, sorting, printing and the correct handling of live
checks. This role requires the individual to be onsite, there is
not an opportunity to work remotely. The Claims Clerk will work
on-site in an office setting, handling administrative tasks and
providing support to various departments. This position is
full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our
normal business hours of 7:00 am - 3:30 pm CST (Central Standard
Time zone) including the flexibility to work occasional overtime
and weekends based on business need. Our office is located at 115
W. WAUSAU AVE., WAUSAU, WI. Primary Responsibilities: - Open, sort,
and distribute incoming mail and packages to the appropriate
departments and personnel - Handle live checks with utmost care,
following detailed instructions with 100% accuracy, including
opening, sorting, and scanning them for record-keeping and
processing - Accurately input and update information related to
mail and package deliveries in the company's tracking system - Scan
and digitize important documents, including live checks, ensuring
they are properly archived and accessible - Collaborate with
various departments and team members to ensure timely and accurate
delivery of mail and packages - Adhere to company policies and
procedures regarding mail handling and data security You’ll be

you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: - High School
Diploma / GED OR 2 years of equivalent experience - Must be 18
years of age OR older - Basic experience with computer and Windows
personal computer applications, which includes the ability to learn
new and complex computer system applications - Experience working
with a computer as a main business tool - Ability to work onsite at
115 W. WAUSAU AVE., WAUSAU, WI - Ability to work any full-time
shift between the hours of 7:00 am - 3:30 pm CST (Central Standard
Time zone) from Monday - Friday including the flexibility to work
occasional overtime and weekends based on business need Preferred
Qualifications: - Experience in a healthcare setting - Experience
in a mailroom setting - Typing experience Soft Skills: - Ability to
produce high quality work while meeting productivity expectations -
Ability to be a team player - Proactive, self - motivated, detailed
oriented, and work with minimal supervision or support - Effective
time management skills to effectively plan, organize, set
priorities, meet deadlines and handle multiple work assignments -
Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize caseload based
on business needs as well as ability and willingness to accept and
work in a new and changing environment - Oral and written
communication skills - Ability to handle sensitive information with
confidentiality Pay is based on several factors including but not
limited to local labor markets, education, work experience,
certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits

this role will range from $16.00 - $24.23 per hour based on
