Job Description Job Description Title: Data Entry Specialist - Need to come from an Industrial Manufacturing Environment Location: La Grange, IL Duration and hire type: Contract to Hire Overview: Sterling Engineering / Staffing is currently looking for a Data Entry Specialist for one of our clients in the La Grange, IL area. Job Description: To support the Preventative Maintenance Project. Duties and Responsibilities: Support a project across identified buildings on the La Grange campus and create a preventative maintenance inventory list for each building by entering a set of identified tasks into Maintenance 5000 Create tasks for each piece of equipment on a recurring schedule Education and Training: High school diploma or GED Qualifications and Experience: One year’s experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or commercial environment Required one year minimum experience using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software, preferably Maintenance 5000 1 year SAP experience Ability to generate basic Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail Excellent Organizational skills Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
