WI area. Responsibilities:1. Drive Sales: As an Inside Sales &
Digital Marketing Representative, your primary responsibility will
be to drive sales and generate revenue for our medical device
products and services. You will use your expertise in sales and
business development to identify and pursue new opportunities,
nurture existing accounts, and consistently meet or exceed sales
targets.2. Digital Marketing: Utilize your digital marketing skills
to create and implement effective marketing campaigns across
various digital platforms. You will be responsible for developing
and executing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate
leads, and drive traffic to our website. Your expertise in digital
marketing will help us reach our target audience and maximize our
online presence.3. Account Management: Take charge of managing key
client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying
opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. You will build
strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and
provide exceptional customer service. Your account management
skills will be crucial in maintaining long-term partnerships and
driving customer loyalty.4. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep
understanding of our medical device and respiratory therapy
products. You will be responsible for staying up-to-date with
industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics. Your
knowledge will enable you to effectively communicate the unique
features and benefits of our products to customers, positioning
them as the best solutions in the market.Qualifications:1. Sales
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably
in the scientific or medical device industry. You should have a
proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and
driving revenue growth.2. Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong
knowledge and experience in digital marketing strategies and
tactics. Proficiency in using various digital marketing tools and
platforms to drive lead generation and brand awareness.3. Medical
Device and Respiratory Therapy Knowledge is a plus: Familiarity
with medical devices, respiratory therapy, and pulmonary care.
Understanding of the industry landscape, key players, and market
trends will be advantageous.4. Account Management Skills: Proven
ability to manage client accounts, build relationships, and drive
customer satisfaction. Experience in upselling and cross-selling to
existing clients is a plus.5. Excellent Communication: Exceptional
verbal and written communication skills are essential. You should
be able to effectively communicate complex scientific concepts to
both technical and non-technical audiences.6. Results-Driven: A
self-motivated individual with a strong drive to achieve and exceed
sales targets. You should be able to work independently, set goals,
and take ownership of your performance.7. Analytical Thinking:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to
analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven
decisions is crucial for success in this role.8. Education:
Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Marketing preferred, or
equivalent combination of education and relevant training.
