Ready to suit up as a Security Agent - All Shifts Tactical Competitive hourly wage of $18.46 / Hour Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver's license MVR Qualification: Candidates who pass the Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check will receive $50 after 60 days of employment and an additional $50 after 90 days. Security License : Candidates who obtain a valid Security License will receive $50 after 60 days of employment and an additional $50 after 90 days. As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc. What’s in it for you: Site Location: Beaver Dam, WI 53916 Available Shifts: Full-time, Thursday - Sunday, 2nd shift, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Full-time, Saturday - Wednesday, 2nd shift, 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Full-time, Sunday - Thursday, 1st shift 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Full-time, Monday - Friday, 1st shift 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Part-time, Friday & Saturday, 2nd shift, 11:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. Part-time, Friday & Saturday, 1st shift 5:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Part-time, Monday -Thursday, 1st shift 5:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Part-time, Monday -Thursday, 2nd shift 11:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. Competitive hourly wage of $18.46/ Hour (Daily Pay is available for GardaWorld employees!) A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, a paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Uniform provided at no cost Responsibilities of a Tactical Security Guard Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity Verify identities and control access to secure areas React quickly to threats or incidents Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras Document incidents and actions taken Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property Qualifications of a Tactical Security Guard Be authorized to work in the U.S. Be able to provide documentation of a High School Diploma or GED Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process First aid certification is an asset Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
