Our client, an industrial manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production operations. The ideal candidate will have problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Maintenance Technician Location: Appleton, WI Pay Range: $20 Shift: Monday – Friday from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm What's the Job? Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure smooth production operations Perform scheduled and emergency repairs on production machinery and plant facilities Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan Utilize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills for repairs and maintenance Maintain detailed logs of work performed and report any unusual or faulty operations What's Needed? High school diploma or GED required Experience in industrial maintenance or production environment preferred Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems is essential Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds on rare occasions Proficiency with hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment What's in it for me?
