Waterway Carwash, a leader in the high-end car wash industry since 1970, is seeking a Sr. Field Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team. This role is vital to ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our car wash machinery and systems across multiple locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of various technical equipment, mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Our focus is on delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest customer satisfaction, and we require a team player who is detail-oriented and possesses a strong technical acumen. Perform regular preventive maintenance on car wash equipment to ensure optimal operation. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Travel between multiple sites to inspect and maintain equipment. Lead and mentor junior technicians in maintenance techniques and best practices. Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Report maintenance statuses and concerns to management. Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with standard industry tools and diagnostic equipment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) preferred.
