Job Description:

Management Services Project Manager, you will play a crucial role
in leading projects that enhance building efficiency,
sustainability, and security. You will manage projects from
inception to completion, focusing on timely execution, budget
management, and client satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic
leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to

building solutions. Oversee the planning, implementation, and
tracking of specific short-term and long-term projects. Prepare and
coordinate detailed project plans, budgets, schedules, and work
timetables. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other
construction and building specialists. Ensure project legal
documents are completed and signed. Identify the resources (time,
money, equipment, etc) required to complete the project. Negotiate
with contractors and suppliers to obtain resources at the best
possible terms. Monitor, review, and report on project progress to
all stakeholders periodically and report any issues as they arise.
Manage and mitigate project risks and adjust project plans to meet
objectives. Deliver project outcomes on-time and within budget
while meeting all regulatory requirements. Maintain compliance with
safety and building regulations throughout the construction
process. Proven ability to lead and manage projects from conception
through to completion. Strong negotiation, management, and
decision-making skills. Excellent verbal and written communication
skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to read blueprints and technical documents. Understanding
of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance issues.
