Our service crews handle repairs, maintenance, and small projects with precision, safety, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. As a Service Technician, you’ll gain hands-on experience in roofing, siding, and sheet metal work while helping identify and resolve building issues in the field. You’ll be part of a hardworking, supportive crew dedicated to providing a World-Class Customer Experience and maintaining Wenger’s reputation for quality and reliability. Key Responsibilities · Perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on commercial roofing, siding, and sheet metal systems. · Utilize hand and power tools to repair or replace materials safely and efficiently. · Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate and complete project work. · Collaborate with crew members and project managers to complete work on schedule. · Follow all safety procedures while working at heights and on active job sites. · Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. PREFERRED QUALIFICATION General construction experience preferred; roofing or siding experience a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Willingness to travel to job sites throughout Wisconsin. Valid driver’s license required. Ability to perform physical labor, including heavy lifting and working outdoors in all weather conditions. OTHER REQUIREMENTS Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report).
