Integrity Trade Services is hiring a CNC set up operator Key Responsibilities: Machine setup, start up, operation and tear down Secure all tooling, replace broken or worn tooling File, grind, and adjust parts to fit properly Diagnose operating difficulties and make adjustments Inspect dies for proper dimensions and defects Complete necessary job-related paperwork to include tags, inspection documents, and production log Maintain cleanliness, safety and quality standards Experience and Skills Required: Must be able to read and use calipers and similar measurement tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints Experience in operating and setting up X, Y, Z on vertical mills required Must have basic shop math calculating ability (.01,.001,.0001) Possess basic understanding of cutting tools and their purposes Ability to use indicators to straighten parts/items Must work well in a team environment Ability to multitask Must be able to take direction Must be able to grasp and retain complex instructions Willingness to ask for clarification of instructions Reliability, punctuality, and attentiveness Attention to detail Forklift experience Education: · High School Diploma or GED required · Vocational or technical training preferred Physical Requirements: · Requires walking, standing, stooping, crouching, bending, twisting, pulling, pushing · Ability to lift up to 40lbs Forge Resources Group is a Drug Free Workplace. The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment. An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment. Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave 401(k) with company match for eligible employees. Eligibility: Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age. Entry dates into the 401(k) are: 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work. The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution.
