Product Support Specialist. This role is pivotal in providing
exceptional support and guidance to our health-conscious customers.
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical
proficiency and customer service skills, dedicated to maintaining

Respond to customer inquiries regarding product use, benefits, and
issues in a timely and empathetic manner Educate customers on the
product range and skincare routines that best suit their individual
health and wellness needs Coordinate with the product development
and quality assurance teams to relay customer feedback and advocate
for product improvements Track and report on all customer
interactions in the CRM system, ensuring customer histories are
well-documented and manageable Participate in creating informative
content such as FAQs, product manuals, and troubleshooting guides
Stay informed on the latest industry trends in skincare and
wellness to enhance support quality and product knowledge Assist in
product training sessions for new customer service staff and retail
partners Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient
in CRM software and MS Office In-depth knowledge of skincare
products and the healthcare industry Ability to handle and resolve
conflicts and complaints High attention to detail and analytical
