Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to serve
K-8 students in a diverse educational setting located in
Brookfield, WI. This opportunity includes both full-time and
part-time contract positions for the 2022-2023 school year. The
role focuses on providing effective speech and language therapy
services to a caseload of approximately 31 students. Key
Responsibilities: - Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized
speech-language therapy services to students in grades K-8. -
Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to each students
needs. - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational
staff to support student progress. - Maintain accurate
documentation and progress reports in compliance with district
policies and deadlines. - Participate in student evaluations,
including eligibility meetings and Individualized Education Program
(IEP) development. Desired Qualifications: - Certified and licensed
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). - Certificate of Clinical
Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP). - Experience
working with pediatric populations in school settings. - Ability to
work effectively with a diverse student population. - Strong
communication and organizational skills. Position Details: - One
full-time position (37.5 hours per week). - One part-time position
available. - Contract role for the 2022-2023 school year. - Work
setting: K-8 school environment. This position offers the chance to
