Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time,
school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is
available in Palos Hills, IL, with a focus on elementary caseloads.
This role supports students in a dynamic school setting, providing
essential speech and language therapy services to help young
learners reach their potential. This travel position offers the
chance to work in a vibrant educational environment through to the
end of the school year, starting in April. Key responsibilities
include: Assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and
communication disorders in elementary students Developing and
implementing individualized therapy plans Collaborating closely
with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals
Monitoring student progress and adjusting therapy strategies
accordingly Providing advocacy and support to promote effective
communication within the school environment Preferred
qualifications and skills: Certification of Clinical Competence
(CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Experience in school-based
settings, preferably with pediatric populations Completion of
Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred Strong communication and
interpersonal skills to foster a supportive and collaborative team
