focus on building electrical design, including lighting,power and
systems coordination within a wide range of power plant
technologiessuch as; gas powered generation, biomass, municipal
waste, hydrogen productionand applications, carbon capture, BESS,
hydro, wind and solar. Subject matterexpertise is less important
than the ability to lead and execute complexprojects.Working
alongside a team of engineers, you'll be responsiblefor creating
drawings and simulations using software tools and
resourcessupporting our clients' overall project goals.--You'll be
apart of teams diverse in culture and discipline, working to meet

living.Responsibilities include:
- Substation physical layout and electrical clearances.
- Work in a team environment, and to coordinate the work of
various engineering disciplines and contractors to complete an
integrated project.
- Routinely uses higher-level commands, time saving programs and
routines.
- Drafting on industrial projects that include one-line,
three-line, schematic, and general arrangement drawings.
- Drafter responsibilities include utilizing and following
specific codes (NEC), reference material, CAD standards, and the
ability to use application software effectively with a high level
of detail and accuracy.
- Interpret engineer's notes and sketches and create detailed
working drawings will be necessary.
- The successful candidate must also be able to multi-task and
work under strict deadlines.Location:----Waukesha, WI
Skills/Requirements
- Associate--degree in either Design arena or Technical Drafting
field with at least 2-5 years of experience.
- Advanced understanding of design software such as: AutoCAD,
MicroStation, and Excel to develop the design deliverables.
- Effectively use multiple application packages where necessary
including advanced level commands.
- Ability to learn and effectively utilize new design software
programs.
- Advanced ability to utilize both 2D and 3D applications to
prepare engineering drawings.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others including, but not
limited to Project Managers, Engineers and Designers in a
multi-discipline project team environment to resolve design or
drawing issues as appropriate and to accomplish
