Our Workplace Technology Engineers are responsible for leading the
design, implementation, and maintenance of innovative technology
solutions within our organization. This position can be filled as a
Workplace Technology Engineer or a Senior Workplace Technology
Engineer based on the qualifications and experience of the selected

- Contribute: As a Workplace Technology Engineer, you will:
- Define and lead the delivery of new processes that align with
the team's portfolio strategy.
- Lead the design and implementation of workplace technology
solutions, including collaboration tools, productivity software,
and end-user devices.
- Leverage knowledge and awareness of multiple IT disciplines
(Information Security, Platform, Networking, etc.) to address
complex issues.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior
engineers, guiding them in best practices, troubleshooting
techniques, and project execution.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and vendors to identify
opportunities for innovation and improvement within the workplace
technology landscape.
- Develop communication and champions change management efforts
related to workplace technology initiatives.
- What it Takes:
- Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
related work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years related work experience required; 5+ years
related work experience preferred.
- Expertise in operating systems and Microsoft 365 ecosystems
including their role in an enterprise office setting.
- Strong ability to architect and develop scripted end-to-end
automation in a relevant scripting language (Powershell or similar)
preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to convey complex technical concepts,
implementations, and capabilities to non-technical individuals
preferred.
- Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure technology (server, network,
