You'll rebuild UI components, set up a scalable frontend infrastructure, and help retire legacy jQuery/Syncfusion code. If you have deep React experience, strong testing practices, and enjoy modernizing products, we'd love to talk.Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and phased migration of our web application to React.
• Work alongside backend engineers to incrementally modernize UI components while maintaining a seamless user experience.
• Rebuild core components in React using best practices with Tailwind CSS and modern libraries.
• Establish and own the frontend development workflow including state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand), routing (e.g., React Router), and testing (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
• Introduce and maintain a scalable testing strategy and CI/CD workflows for the frontend.
• Refactor legacy views and gradually sunset jQuery/JavaScript implementations.
• Collaborate closely with product designers and backend developers to deliver performant, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces.
  • 5+ years of experience in frontend development with at least 3 years focused on React.
  • Deep understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern ES6+ syntax.
  • Strong experience with component libraries, state management patterns, and modular architecture.
  • Proficiency in setting up React projects from scratch (Vite/Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Prettier, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience integrating React with ASP.NET Core MVC or similar backend frameworks.
  • Experience building automated frontend test suites and CI pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and modern CSS frameworks.
