Job Description Job Description Job Title: Quality Engineer Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Quality Engineer to join our team. This role involves evaluating existing workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies and implementing strategies to enhance operational performance. The ideal candidate will have experience in continuous improvement, project management, Six Sigma, and engineering. Responsibilities Evaluate existing workflows and systems to identify inefficiencies. Collect and analyze data to support improvement initiatives. Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Standardize work and document best practices. Manage employee ideas and recognition. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes. Educate staff on continuous improvement principles and practices. Establish metrics to measure the success of improvement initiatives. Report on the progress and outcomes to management. Essential Skills Industrial engineering experience. Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies. Proficiency in Six Sigma. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing. Experience in process improvement and project management. Additional Skills & Qualifications Lean manufacturing expertise. Familiarity with manufacturing processes. Work Environment The role offers a collaborative work environment where you will work closely with cross-functional teams. The position involves standard office hours and may require occasional travel to different sites for project implementation. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Antigo, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $90000.00/yr. Great company benefits low premium Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Antigo,WI.
