What You’ll Do As a Commercial Service & Maintenance Technician , you’ll be responsible for keeping commercial HVAC systems running safely and efficiently: System Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment including air handlers, boilers, chillers, rooftop units, and ductwork Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose and repair system issues quickly and safely Customer Service: Communicate clearly with building owners and managers about equipment performance, recommendations, and system upgrades Installation Support: Assist on light commercial installation projects as needed Compliance & Safety: Follow company safety procedures, manufacturer guidelines, and code requirements Documentation: Complete accurate service reports, timecards, and system records What We’re Looking For HVAC Experience: Skilled in commercial HVAC systems with 2 years minimum experience Driver Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Mechanical Skills: Strong troubleshooting, repair, and diagnostic abilities Professionalism: Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor Customer Focus: Dedicated to delivering high-quality results and an exceptional customer experience Compliance: Must pass pre-employment drug test EPA Certification: Required What Success Looks Like Equipment Reliability: Ensure commercial systems are operating efficiently and safely Customer Satisfaction: Deliver prompt, courteous service and maintain high client satisfaction Efficiency: Complete assignments on time while maintaining quality Team Support: Work collaboratively with other technicians and office staff to meet client needs Why This Job is Right for You You enjoy solving problems and working hands-on with commercial HVAC systems You’re self-motivated, organized, and reliable You take pride in professionalism, craftsmanship, and exceeding client expectations You want to grow in a team-focused, career-minded company We’re hiring only the best.
