Description As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will utilize your
expertise in reading and interpreting electrical schematics ranging
from low voltage to 480V-3 phase. You will understand and interpret
mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics while using machine
tool manuals, technical documents, assembly instructions, and
troubleshooting guides to research machine issues. Responsibilities
Independently troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and
pneumatic systems, including CNC equipment and PLCs. Use various
electrical testing devices and programming equipment to perform all
general electrical repairs. Participate in the continuous
improvement process and collaborate with team members in
problem-solving meetings. Assist in requisitioning all spare and
repair parts to maintain inventory at a desired level to minimize
machine downtime. Support equipment installations and removals.
Effectively communicate with production supervisors regarding
repairs and maintenance performed in a computerized maintenance
management system. Utilize experience with Lock out/Tag out
techniques. Essential Skills 4-5 years of CNC Maintenance
experience. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
Proficiency in mechanical, repair, troubleshooting, preventive
maintenance, schematic, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical,
industrial, 3 phase, PLC troubleshooting, maintenance repair,
electrical troubleshooting, motors, mechanical troubleshooting, and
machine repair. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with
blueprint reading and industrial maintenance. Knowledge of Siemens

Work Environment The facility is well-lit, organized, and
climate-controlled, with a pleasant atmosphere despite the smell of
oil and metal. Employees work with over 120 CNC machines at the
Hanover Park facility, which includes 60 mills and 60 lathes. The
company provides a well-equipped break room and training room for
employee use. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire
position based out of Hanover Park, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay
range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility
requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to
