This is a great opportunity to build your skills, work with experienced professionals, and grow in a stable, team?oriented environment — especially as we celebrate our 90th anniversary 2 Positions Available at Charter Casting — 2900 E Richmond St, Shawano, WI 54166 Opening 1: 2nd shift (10?hour days). Start at 2pm and wrap up at midnight! Monday to Thursday. 2nd shift premium of an extra $1.50/hr Opening 2: 3rd shift (12-hour days). 7pm to 7am. Weekends - Friday, Saturday, Sunday. You work 36 hours and are paid for 40! 3rd shift premium of an extra $2.25/hr Why Work Here: PAY: We offer a competitive base pay — now increased to $24.75 per hour plus a shift premium = $26.25 - $27/hr BONUS: A $5,000 SIGN?ON BONUS paid out after 90 days quarterly bonuses annual profit?sharing bonus! What You’ll Do: Learn how to inspect and maintain equipment that keeps our facility running smoothly Assist experienced mechanics with repairs and installations Perform preventive maintenance (PM) tasks Operate forklifts and use basic hand tools Follow safety procedures to help maintain a safe and efficient workplace What You’ll Need: High School Diploma or GED (we can help through our FREE GEDWorks program) A willingness to learn and basic mechanical aptitude Ability to read instructions and use basic math Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude 1 year of prior manufacturing, maintenance, or mechanical experience Familiarity with facility systems like dust collection (a plus, not a must!) Physical Aspects of the Job: Frequent standing and occasional lifting up to 60 lbs Some climbing, reaching, and working at different heights We provide all training needed to help you stay safe and succeed Why Join Us?
