The Order Management Specialist is responsible for managing incoming calls, email communication, processing orders, and processing shipments. This position offers competitive based salary plus a comprehensive benefit plan that includes, healthcare, vision, dental, and a matching 401(K) plan.

Focus:
- Manage incoming customer orders from various channels including email, phone, online, etc.
- Support customer order processing by receiving, ensuring accuracy, and managing shipment logistics
- Comfortable with learning software programs; for example, Sage ERP and EDI
- Develop relationships with customers by maintaining accurate and supporting communication
- Communicate internally with Sales, Inventory, and order fulfillment teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Participate in weekly department meetings to discuss issues and ideas with other team members

Skill Set:
- A high level of attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Preferred experience in working with EDI software
- Excellent communication skills; especially through phone and email
- Self start mentality with the ability to work independently
- Be actively engaged in continuous improvement efforts
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
