Job Description:

Location: Remote hybrid. Must be able to work in-office minimum once weekly, subject to change. Must reside in a Central or East Coast state within commutable distance to an Elevance Health office. Marketing Director Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to support key Care Provider Marketing initiatives. Primary duties may include but are not limited to:

• Formulates short and long-term marketing strategies to support business goals and improve the care provider experience.
• Ensures the marketing strategy aligns with the enterprise-wide strategy.
• Builds market-specific, provider marketing plans.
• Makes recommendations on needed research and serves as a single point of contact on marketing issues and resolution. Minimum Requirements
  • Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences
    • Requires strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, analytical skills and persuasion skills.
    • Must be a strong self-starter, experience working in a highly matrixed environment and comfortable working in a dynamic work environment.
    • Experience marketing to Providers a plus.
