Compensation: $140,000 - 160,000 Annually JobID: 2066389-EQGDescriptionA Kforce client is seeking to hire a Director of Finance in Waukesha, Wisconsin (WI).Summary:Our client in the Waukesha area is looking for a Director of Finance. This role will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the business, including accounting functions, budgeting, and forecasting. In addition, this position will oversee the IT function and provide leadership and direction to both the Finance and IT teams.Responsibilities include:

• Lead accounting department ensuring all GAAP accounting is timely and accurate
• Manage the A/P, A/R, and cost accounting processes
• Director of Finance will develop, communicate, and update company financial metrics
• Evaluate the key performance results and variances and recommend and develop corrective actions
• Review and analyze monthly activities and expenses and hold discussions with responsible managers to develop process improvements in spending
• Director of Finance will lead cost accounting review and updates and recommend areas for improvement
• Attend regularly scheduled leadership meetings and participate in leadership strategy planningRequirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting related field
  • 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing work environment
  • CPA preferred
  • Experience using an ERP system
  • Experience working with Finance/IT related contractorsThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
