Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced engineer to join our team as a Senior Project Manageron our Agriculture Team. In this key role, your focus will be to provide world class design, planning,permitting, and consulting services to our region's farming communities. This position will directlyoversee large agricultural and farmstead improvements, renewable natural gas (RNG), and technologyimprovement projects by coordinating with a variety of agricultural clients. Our aggressive growth planswill provide you with opportunities to work in partnership with the Sector Leader to influence thestrategy and the growth of our agriculture and RNG markets.This position can be based out of any of our offices, home, or hybrid.GOALS & RESPONSIBILITIESThis position will allow the ideal candidate the opportunity to: Manage projects and coordinate with clients on waste transfer, storage and processing systems,specialized storm water systems, water quality, building expansion and permitting projects Complete project work collaboratively with other professionals, contractors, variousjurisdictions, and regulatory agencies Permit projects through the WDNR, ACOE, and local government agencies Build positive and productive relationships with clients Assist the Agriculture Team with maintaining existing clients and generating potential leads Opportunities for cross functional work with our other market teams for interested candidatesQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSThe ideal candidate for this position will possess the following education, experience, and abilities: Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Civil, Environmental, or Agricultural Engineering (or a relateddegree) Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Wisconsin Minimum of 4 years of experience (6+ years preferred) Agricultural experience a plus Experience in project management, client interaction, marketing, business development,proposal development and contract negotiation AutoCAD Civil 3D basic knowledge HydroCAD or equivalent storm water modeling software experience Be team oriented yet individually driven, have strong communication and interpersonal skills,have advanced problem solving abilities, be deadline oriented and be willing to have some funalong the wayOur flexible working environment, engaged culture, and in depth training and mentoring program are just a few of the reasons why we are consistently named a "Top Workplace" by the Journal Sentinel.We offer a highly competitive compensation program and unique benefits, including:--- Employee stock ownership plan--- Performance bonuses--- Overtime bonuses--- Remote/flexible hours--- Generous personal time off and holiday programs--- Health, dental, vision, life, dependent life and disability insurance--- 401(k) and Roth 401(k) with employer match--- Flexible spending accounts--- Prepaid legal services--- Employee Assistance Program--- Tuition reimbursement
