Join us as a Billing Process Manager to spearhead invoicing strategy for Ulines Finance team, modernizing our billing systems as we continue to grow as a top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials! Better together than apart. This position is on-site, and we are looking for good people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and modernization of invoicing / billing processes as we move to a new system.
• Provide recommendations and expertise on improvements to invoicing / billing processes to senior leaders.
• Recruit, develop and retain high-quality billing staff with an emphasis on providing a strong customer experience.
• Ensure all statutory and regulated requirements are compliant for all countries.
• Build and maintain successful partnerships with vendors and internal groups to drive business expectations. Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree. Major in Finance or Business preferred.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience.
  • 5+ years of billing experience preferred.
  • Excel and SQL experience. Oracle knowledge a plus. Benefits
