JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Sport Clips store in Waukesha is opening soon! We are looking for an experienced Manager -to join our fun and family-oriented team. -As part of the management team, you have the opportunity to help build a strong team that will provide excellent customer service and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results.

The manager's core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential.

Our managers typically average $60,000 - $70,000 -per year including base pay, tips, and commission. The salon manager is also eligible for generous bonuses based on store performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

A valid WI -cosmetology or barber license

Salon management, 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to work a flexible schedule

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
