Position Summary
Evoqua is now hiring for a Project Manager II to work a hybrid work schedule out of our office in Waukesha, Wisconsin. In this role, you will manage key client projects focused on our wastewater project lines. You will be responsible for working directly with Evoquas clients and internal stakeholders to ensure the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope.

  Core Responsibilities and Tasks
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Direct and contribute to overall health & execution of a project scope; deliverables, timeline and budget

    Customer interface throughout execution of project
    
    
  • 
    Responsible for technical and financial aspects of projects
    
    
  • 
    Regularly reports projects and status to project stakeholders
    
    
  • 
    Leading/facilitating/conducting team meetings for Project execution
    
    
  • 
    Analyze financial health of project
    
    
  • 
    Support Sr level PM in project execution
    
    
  • 
    Collaborate in resource selection
    
    
  • 
    Identify risks and change opportunities on projects
    
    
  • 
    Understand execution strategy and planning
    
    
    Organization Impact:
    
    • 
      
    • 
      Support the monitoring of schedule attainment;
      
      
    • 
      Assist in meeting project/customer requirements and keeping track of project/customer requirements

      Identify continuous improvement activities
      
      
      Position Requirements
      
      • 
        
      • 
        HS diploma or equivalent require; BA/BS degree technical preferred
        
        
      • 
        CAPM/CPIM certification preferred
        
        
      • 
        2-5 years experience in a project management role
        
        
      • 
        Ability to drive project financial performance (forecasting, revenue, margin)
        
        
      • 
        Candid and timely communication skills
        
        
      • 
        Ability to take initiative and have forward thinking
        
        
      • 
        Experience with and ERP System, SAP preferred
        
        
      • 
        Advanced understanding of MS Office (project, word, excel)
