Job Description:
The HR Project Manager is responsible for managing the
development and coordination of Human Resources workflow mapping
for the transition of existing processes to a new platform, as well
as the development and coordination of new workflows to launch
advanced technology features not previously used by Rogers
Behavioral Health System, Inc. This role is responsible for
coordinating inter-departmental teams by facilitating an internal
HR project plan, preparing agendas when necessary, and providing
critical project updates to the CHRO, all with a focus on adhering
to project milestones and ensuring the quality of
deliverables.Roles & Responsibilities:Project Support
- Leads interdepartmental project related to HR workflow
needs.
- Creates, coordinates, and proactively maintains a project
plan.
- Leads project from initiation through delivery, including
planning and directing resources, timelines, and communication
plans, as well as monitoring budget/spending when needed.
- Researches, prioritizes and follows up on issues and concerns
addressed to the Executives, including those of a sensitive or
confidential nature.
- Provides a bridge for clear communication between
interdepartmental teams, demonstrating leadership to maintain
credibility, trust, and support with HR management staff.
- Works closely and effectively with the CHRO to keep them well
informed of project milestones and upcoming deadlines and
responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Provides leadership to build relationships crucial to the
success of the project.
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously
and proactively, and follows through on projects to ensure on-time
project completion.
- Exercises good judgment in various situations, with strong
written and verbal communication and administrative and
organizational skills.
- Initiates meeting files and agendas, creates presentations, and
researches required information or background.The HR Project
Manager will have the ability to work independently on projects,
from conception to completion, and participate in team meetings as
directed.
- Demonstrate the ability to maintain a realistic balance among
multiple priorities and must be able to work under time and project
pressure to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential
matters with discretion.

- Minimum of five (5) years of related professional
experience.
- Experience managing large-scale projects from initiation
through completion.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
