- Self-perform Description
- Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans,
including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to
ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or
delays, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including
contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with the project team to resolve any issues or
conflicts that may arise during construction.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship, safety
practices, and adherence to project specifications.
- Assist in managing project finances, tracking expenses, and
processing invoices and payments.
- Support the Project Manager in facilitating meetings with
clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting
teamwork and effective communication among project team
members.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best
practices related to construction project management.Profile
