They self perform multiple trades and are looking for a candidate that is comfortable being customer-facing. Description

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, from start to finish
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards
• Manage project team members, including architects, engineers, and contractors
• Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports and financial reports, to senior management
• Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
• Prepare estimates and run self perform concrete, carpentry and demolitionProfileMust haves:
  • Experience with concrete work
  • At least two years of experience running and estimating work
  • A polished personality when interfacing with clientsNice to haves:
    • Civil or structural engineering background
