• Build a community of data analytics & visualization practitioners across the organization, nurturing creative & innovative thinking to overcome challenges & barriers in the path of tool adoption.
• Engage with vendors to address the product gaps & maturity.
• Utilize the right mix of tools for the correct use cases to manage the cost and time to market efficiently & effectively.
• Devise process/KPIs to measure and take actions to increase the maturity of data analytics & visualization program.
• Spearhead the engineering team, building foundational services & framework with an "automation first" mindset to enable the rollout of the visualization platform at an enterprise scale and reduce operational costs.
• Understand operational and analytical reporting needs from business users through requirement meetings and data mapping sessions.
• Translate requirements into functional and technical documents.
• Design and develop Data Pipeline to build the data warehouse and support data lakes.
• Generate actionable PowerBI reports and dashboards that show key performance indicators to help business SMEs to identify areas of improvement into current operations and prepare root cause analysis for problems.
• Design & develop CICD pipeline using PowerShell & Jenkins to promote Power BI Datasets, Reports, Dashboard from non-prod to prod environment.Required Skills
  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equiv) in Computer Science, Business, Engineering (any), Math, or related field.
  • Two (2) years of IT experience.
  • Must have one (1) year of IT work experience with any one of the following skill sets:
    • Tableau, Power BI, and SAP BusinessObjects;
    • AWS, Snowflake, and Power BI; OR
    • Pig, Hive, Sqoop, and Spark.
    • In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent), we will accept three (3) years of post-secondary study in any field, plus three (3) years of IT experience. All experience may be acquired concurrently.

The base salary range for the tagged location is $138,715.00 - $209,580.00/year.This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
