Job Id:2637# of Openings:1JOB SUMMARY:The Sr. Manager of RCM is responsible for the performance of the revenue cycle teams including charge entry, cash management, and AR follow up ensuring accurate and efficient processing of patient billing, claims, and collections to maximize cash flow. This role will include managing managers, supervisors and frontline staff. This role will also involve analyzing data, developing policies and collaborating with other departments to optimize revenue cycle.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Oversee daily operations of Chage Capture & Reconciliation, Cash Management (including payment posting and credit balance management process), and AR Management (including insurance billing, follow up on unresponded to claims, denial management and patient AR)
  • Analyze revenue data, develop reports, and identify trends to track performance of the revenue cycle teams
  • Identify areas of improvement, develop strategies for continuous process improvement & execute on agreed upon initiatives
  • Develop, implement, maintain, and train on new policies and procedures
  • Supervise and develop revenue cycle staff, including performance evaluations
  • Ensure claims are billed accurately and timely
  • Monitor cash flow trends
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve revenue cycle processes
  • Implement and use technology to further improve the revenue cycle performance
  • Implement strategies to improve cash flow
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with leadership and providers
  • Provide updates on key performance indicators
  • Provide regulate updates on outstanding significant AR issues
  • Resolve issues using analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Other duties as assignedCOMPETENCIES:
