AW Equipment Technician: Core responsibilities and skillset are: Onsite resource who is knowledgeable about advanced visualization equipment or is an experienced medical device technician Set up equipment (server or workstation) for customer demonstrations, training sessions, trade shows (including platform, applications, and updates for new releases) Ship equipment, once set up, to customer sites via our shipping department Process returned equipment to remove any images or data that might remain from customer use and re-load for the next session Provide oversight and maintenance for systems in two lab settings at Waukesha site Trouble shoot installation, operation, or network connectivity issues Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures Technically proficient in computer operating systems, software installation and licensing, and network connectivity Knowledgeable about virtual systems, cloud solutions and emerging digital technologies Ability to lift/move significant weight throughout the workday, mobility to pack and move boxes/crates Ability to travel locally to company locations and suppliers, and flexibility to work week-end hours if required for setup, support, and teardown of trade shows and training sessions Able to work independently and effectively with limited direction and information, self-starter Previous experience with field service operations or technical support of medical imaging systems and clinical applications would be an advantag
