accretions, stains, and cement from supra and sub-gingival surfaces
of the teethPerforming deep periodontal scaling, including root
planning when prescribedCompleting extra-oral and intra-oral cancer
exams and feeling lymph nodes on head and neck area to detect
swelling or tenderness that could indicate presence of oral
cancerExamining teeth and attachment to locate
periodontally-recessed tissue and signs of periodontal disease
prior to exam by dentistCharting conditions of decay and disease
for treatment as diagnosed by dentist assisting during
examinationJob RequirementsState of WI hygiene licenseAbility to
