Description
Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan has an
opening for a unique dual position that includes duties as a Human
Service professional at Spring City Corner Clubhouse and a
Rehabilitation Specialist in partnership with Waukesha County.
80 percent of the role will directly work with our clients at
Spring City Corner Clubhouse. We are a day drop in recovery center
for adults suffering from Mental Health challenges. Our goal is to
help members experience social contact and develop a structured
meaningful daily routine. Duties include, resume workshopping ,
education and employment assistance.
As a Rehab Specialist, will work in CCS county services.
The Rehabilitation Specialist provides enrichment and work
activities for program participants that will aid in their
rehabilitation
Will provide Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) at clubhouse
and throughout county if applicable
Will attend a weekly CCS supervision meeting with Waukesha
County.
This is a full time, Benefit Eligible Role . Monday through
Friday
Under direction, perform work involving the delivery of
professional human services to individuals, families, and/or
groups. This work may be completed in a variety of settings (e.g.
home, school, office, community) utilizing various forms of service
delivery (e.g. in-person, audio, visual) per the service plan.
Performs other duties as required.

Dependent on program, LSS employees are required to mask based
COVID-19 levels. All employees are expected to adhere to LSS health

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
The incumbent of this position must have a valid driver's license
and have reliable transportation to perform the essential duties of
the role; a motor vehicle check (MVR) with a satisfactory driving
record per the LSS Driver Safety Procedure is required, and ability
to meet LSS auto insurance requirements.

TRAVEL: Daily travel may be required. Some overnight travel may be
