Job Description:

nursing assignment.

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Experience:
--- 24 months of Case Management experience is required.
--- 3 months of experience with Epic is required.
--- Experience with Oasis is required.
Requirements:
--- Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license in
hand at the time of application.
--- This role will require floating to multiple units
--- COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and
medical declinations accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload
any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to
expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Information:
This is Temp to Hire.
Monday-Friday, No weekends; Holiday rotation.
40 hours guaranteed.
BLS must be AHA.
Required skillset: Must have both Home Health & Hospice
experience.
Float: Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her
Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift
advisor, and Staffency. Candidate will be required to float to
units and facilities based on census.
