nursing assignment.

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Experience:
--- 24 months of Home Health experience is required.
--- Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
--- Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license in
hand at the time of application.
--- This role will require floating to multiple units
--- COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and
medical declinations accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload
any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to
expedite your on-boarding process.
Additional Information:
Guaranteed hours: 40
Temp to Hire.
BLS must be AHA.
Required skillset: Must have both home health & hospice experience
and oasis experience.
Travel Requirement: 5-6 visits per day spending approximately an
hour per patient. On average 50 miles/day
Scrub Colors: Any or Corporate Casual Dress
Float: Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her
Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift
advisor, and Staffency. Candidate will be required to float to
units and facilities based on census.
