Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)- System Float- .7 FTE- Days

• Schedule Details: This .7 FTE commits to 28 hours per week. Mix of 8/12 hour shifts. Every third weekend and every other holiday. Ability to pick up more sifts as able.This is not a seasonal or temporary position.

System Float team members travel to all ProHealth Care hospitals and may work on any of the following specialties: Medical/Surgical, Ortho/Neuro, Observation, Inpatient Oncology, Heart Care, Intensive Care, and Behavioral Health.

    What You Will Do:
    
    Assist the nursing team with a variety of patient care activities related to services necessary in caring for the personal needs, comfort, and safety of the patients. Assist with administrative type tasks for the nursing team. Assist with patient's personal hygiene and dressing changes as needed. Support the nursing staff as needed throughout the shift both clinically and administrative.
    
    What You Will Need:
    
    
    • Less than High School Diploma or High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Inpatient C.N.A.: Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Wisconsin (Active or expired and on the registry)
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Associate (AHA); or ability to obtain upon hire
