Prime Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Portage, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements

• Shift: 8 hours, days
• Employment Type: Travel 8 hr variables days, Roughly 8a-430p, but depending on census there may be flexibility to start and end times.
  Weekend/Holiday: Weekend rotation is every 3rd- 4th weekend currently. The range is every 4-6. holiday rotation
  On-call: 1-2x during the week and every 3rd or 4th weekend (at least one per month)
  Travel Requirements: 20-25 patients, 4.5 visits per day on average
