Description Position Title: SUB (Substitute/Pool) Direct Support
Professional (DSP) Position Location: Jefferson, WI; Waukesha, WI;
Brookfield, WI Responsibilities: As a Direct Support Professional
(DSP) you will cross-train between areas to be a versatile DSP! You
will plan and teach recreational activities as well as activities
of daily living, provide personal cares, and support community
integration for adults with developmental disabilities. In this
role, you will perform other duties such as transporting clients,
completing and maintaining accurate reports, and maintaining a
clean and safe environment. Your ability to make sound decisions
while handling challenging situations will be critical to your
success. Don’t have any DSP, Caregiver, or CBRF related experience?
We provide all the paid classroom and on-the-job training needed.

instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Computer
Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Certificates, Licenses,
Registrations: Valid driver’s license with a driving record that
meets the standards set forth by the organization and valid vehicle
insurance. Ability to complete and maintain all required training
in accordance with organizational, County, State, and Federal
regulations. Driving Requirements: This position requires that an
employee is able to drive for work purposes and must maintain a
valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets the
standards set forth by the organization. This position may also
require the use of the employee’s personal vehicle. Other Skills
