Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Start Date: 01/26/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $ 2560.00 Opportunity: RN - Home Health Job Details: • Work 10-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM • 40 guaranteed hours per week for 13-week contract • Example rotation schedules: MTWF, MTW Saturday, Sunday, TWF • Conduct 6 patient visits per day, spending approximately 1 hour per patient including drive time, patient visit, and charting • Travel approximately 250 miles per week (average 50 miles per day) across 6-county service area • No on-call or call back requirements • 1:1 patient ratio working with adults 18 years and older • Manage chronic diseases including CHF, COPD, diabetes, cancer, CVA, wound care, and IV administration • Required certifications: BLS (American Heart), Wisconsin RN License, Valid Driver's License • OASIS certification is a plus • Current home health and hospice experience required with recent OASIS experience • Epic charting experience required within 12 months • Must be physically able to drive throughout the day, navigate stairs and uneven landscapes for home entry • Visits must occur despite weather conditions • Need to inquire about allergies as home environments are uncontrolled and may have pets and/or smoke • Must be a hard worker with excellent time management skills, resilient and able to manage change well • Scrub colors: Any color or corporate casual dress • Associate degree or certificate required, bachelor's degree preferred • Holiday rotation as needed • May be required to float to units and facilities based on census Facility: This healthcare organization provides comprehensive home health and hospice services to patients in their home environments.
