Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Berlin, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 02/02/2026 Duration: 8 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $ 1980.00 Opportunity: RN - Registered Nurse Job Details: • Work 12-hour day shifts for an 8-week contract • Guaranteed 36 hours per week • 2 years of nursing experience required • Recent long-term care experience required (post-acute & LTC) • Every other weekend rotation required • Holiday rotation as needed • Must be able to float to Peabody Manor (40 miles away) for rehab & LTC patients • Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence • No on-call or call back requirements • Required certifications: Wisconsin RN license and AHA BLS • Associate degree or certificate required • Epic charting experience preferred, Pyxis experience highly preferred • Travel experience strongly preferred • Must have wound care experience and ability to follow MD orders • PIV insertion and blood draw skills required • RN patient ratio is 1:17-20 (may be only 1 RN from midnight to 3:30 PM at times) • Work with 20-bed long-term care unit and 17-bed rehab unit • Black scrubs required • 5-day orientation (1 day onboarding and 4 shifts with preceptor) • Clinical interview required Facility: This healthcare facility has been recognized by US News as one of the best nursing homes for 2025, demonstrating excellence in long-term care and rehabilitation services.
