Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2556.00 Opportunity: RN - ICU Job Details: • Work 12-hour variable shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week • Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation required • 13-week contract length with immediate start date availability • Float requirements to Medical Surgical (MS), Intermediate Care (IMC), and other locations including Stevens Point, Divine Savior, and Plover • Work with 8-bed ICU unit maintaining 1:2 patient ratio, occasionally 1:3 based on patient acuity • Serve adult population exclusively (no pediatrics) • Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS • NIH certification preferred • Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required • EPIC charting experience required • ADN or BSN required (ADN minimum, BSN preferred) • Must wear professional-colored scrubs • Must demonstrate ability to work independently, manage tasks timely, and maintain positive attitude with flexibility • Willingness to ask questions and collaborate with team and ancillary staff required • Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours • May be placed on call for low census hours with 2-hour minimum call back pay • During flu season, unvaccinated travelers must wear masks at all times per facility policy Facility: This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive medical facility providing critical care services through a well-equipped intensive care unit.
