Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Clinic Manager
- Direct Hire to become a part of our team! This is not a remote or
work-from-home position. This position requires you to sit on-site
at our Buffalo Grove, IL branch location. Normal Hours of
Operations: M-F / 8A -5P (CST) Job summary: The RN Clinical Manager
coordinates and oversees all direct care patient services provided
by clinical personnel. This role is a focused on both home health
clinical quality assurance and home health clinical operations
initiatives. Responsibilities: Oversees Clinical Operations &
Patient Care: Plans, implements, and evaluates all clinical
services for the location, including patient assessments,
admissions, care plans, and assignment of caregivers, ensuring
compliance with company policies, physician directives, and
regulatory requirements. Staff Leadership & Development:
Supervises, trains, and evaluates clinical staff; manages hiring,
performance reviews, corrective actions, and in-service education
to maintain high standards of care and staff competency. Quality
Assurance & Regulatory Compliance: Reviews clinical documentation
for accuracy, ensures adherence to Medicare and third-party payer
guidelines, conducts performance improvement activities, and
manages QA/PI programs in collaboration with utilization review
teams. Collaboration & Communication: Coordinates care across
clinicians, physicians, patients, caregivers, and
community/referral sources; participates in sales/marketing
initiatives; and serves as Branch Director in their absence.
Financial & Strategic Planning: Partners with leadership and
finance teams to set revenue and budget goals, monitors operational
efficiency, and ensures alignment of clinical operations with
organizational objectives. ? Qualifications: Graduate of an
accredited School of Nursing. Current state license as a Registered
Nurse. Proof of current CPR. Valid driver’s license, auto insurance
and reliable transportation. Two years as a Registered Nurse with
at least one-year of management experience in a home care, hospice
or equivalent environment. Home health experience is required.
Management and people leadership experience, preferred. OASIS
experience, required. OASIS certification (HCS-O, COQS, and/or
COS-C), preferred. Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience, preferred.
CMS PDGM billing knowledge and/or experience, preferred. Annual
Bonus: Eligible for the annual incentive bonus which has pay-outs
