Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Madison, WI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,289 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Madison, Wisconsin, 53792! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg & Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Must have a minimum of two years of acute care experience within the last three years. Preferred experience includes Epic within the last 12 months. License: Registered Nursing license is required. Certifications: BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required. Must-Have: Basic Arrhythmia experience is required. Traveler will be required to pass a Telemetry test prior to being cleared to start. Description: The position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Med/Surg and Telemetry. Nurses will work twelve-hour night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30. Variable days are required, with every other weekend including Friday through Sunday. The unit sees diverse medical and surgical patient populations. Patients may be admitted post-operatively or for medical conditions. Nurses must be competent in assessment and intervention. Floating may be required to different units based on staffing needs. Nurses must be prepared to assist with a variety of diagnoses and treatments. Core responsibilities include monitoring telemetry patients and managing dysrhythmias. The nurse will administer medications and perform various nursing procedures. Nurses are expected to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.
