Now Hiring: Physical Therapist | Full-time | Outpatient Orthopedics | Mosinee, WI (54455) Position Overview: Bone & Joint is expanding and is now seeking multiple full-time Physical Therapists to join its dynamic team in Mosinee, WI, focused on Outpatient Orthopedics. This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time hires and provides an exceptional work environment where patient care is the primary focus. Position Highlights: Location: Bone & Joint, 1021 Western Ave Suite B, Mosinee, WI 54455 Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7am-6pm (variable hours); no weekends or holidays. Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 for full-time hire. Patient Focus: The caseload is primarily general orthopedics with about 50% post-op care. PTs treat all age groups and collaborate closely with physicians to ensure top-notch patient care. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1-on-1 physical therapy treatment with no passing of patients to an aide or double-booking. Treat around 53 patients per week, with 45-minute sessions for evaluations and treatments. Collaborate regularly with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care. Work/Life Balance: This full-time role offers an excellent work/life balance with no weekend or holiday shifts. Enjoy flexible hours during the clinic's operation times. Job Requirements: Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent standing. Licensure: Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Experience: New graduates are welcome to apply. Prior experience is not required. Availability: Full-time is preferred, but candidates with 32 hours of availability will also be considered.
